Yes, yes, yet again there's a new BOFH Ep yet again it goes without saying its just excellent stuff! :) Its been a quiet day at work so far, but then again I'm only here for the past 1hour, Having problems with the W32.Kitro.C.Worm on a few of the terminals atm, frankly I could do without the hastle, its all the stupid users falt, sigh..

I started running in February 2010 using Couch to 5k, I did my first marathon in 2011 and my first Ultramarathon in 2012 and I've not stopped yet.
During 2014 I took on my first Back2Back Marathons and I completed my first 100km (62mile) Ultramarathon. In May 2015 I also completed my first 100mile Ultramarathon.
