Well I'm at work yet again, not doing much at the moment infact I just finished reading the new BOFH episode, dam good stuff I really should buy the book when I get abit of spare cash. I'm finished all my exams and I'm heading off to a LAN party tonight.

I started running in February 2010 using Couch to 5k, I did my first marathon in 2011 and my first Ultramarathon in 2012 and I've not stopped yet.
During 2014 I took on my first Back2Back Marathons and I completed my first 100km (62mile) Ultramarathon. In May 2015 I also completed my first 100mile Ultramarathon.
