Yep, it seems that a third undersea cable to asia has been cut and Iran is off the net.
Just for proof:

Only kidding...no actually it is.
Its all very strange, how could anchors cut three cables in as many days?

I started running in February 2010 using Couch to 5k, I did my first marathon in 2011 and my first Ultramarathon in 2012 and I've not stopped yet.
During 2014 I took on my first Back2Back Marathons and I completed my first 100km (62mile) Ultramarathon. In May 2015 I also completed my first 100mile Ultramarathon.

Actually while it's a flaw, often due to cruel and unusual geography, different cables at a particular place may be near by.
Apparently some ships where told a different place to anchor and the anchors have actually caused multiple damage to the cables. :(
