Soo, you think your web-browser is secure eh? Might want to check it to be 100% sure, I've heard a few people say its found several problems even after they tried a fully patched copy of IE. I've just tried a fully patched copy of IE6 and a Win2k machine and it found nothing wrong so I guess there's some hope after-all. ;-)

I started running in February 2010 using Couch to 5k, I did my first marathon in 2011 and my first Ultramarathon in 2012 and I've not stopped yet.
During 2014 I took on my first Back2Back Marathons and I completed my first 100km (62mile) Ultramarathon. In May 2015 I also completed my first 100mile Ultramarathon.
